Can we bring in outside food or drinks?

No, food or drinks are NOT allowed inside during a public session.

Yes, food and drinks are allowed inside ONLY during private events. Beer or Alcohol are NEVER allowed on our property.

Can I bring my own skates?

Yes. Wheels must be clean.

Are rollerblades allowed?

Yes. We also have inline slates available to rent for $4.

Are wheelies allowed?

No, our insurance does not allow wheelies.

Are scooters allowed?

No, our insurance does not allow scooters.

Do you rent quad skates?

Yes. Quad skates are free at all public skate sessions and private events. We have size j7-adult 14 available.

Are your rental skates adjustable?

No, Our rental skates are not adjustable, we are not able to adjust the wheels so they go slower, we apologize for any inconvenience. However, we have Zippy Skates available for children. Zippy SKATES have locking front wheels that help control your child's speed.

Do you sell skates?

Yes we have an in-house skate shop! Come and check out what we have and buy a new pair! Custom skates can be ordered and received within 7 days.

What is your floor made of?

Our floor is called "Skatecourt" and is designed specifically for roller skating. It is safer than all other floor types, so it reduces injuries.

Can I wear safety gear?

Helmets and padding are allowed and highly recommended. Skating is a HIGH RISK sport where injuries could occur, please note you are skating at your own risk.

What if my child can't skate?

No worries. We have skate mates rentals for $6 that easily help your child learn to skate. We also have Zippy Skates. Zippy Skates have locking front wheels that help control your child's speed.

Why can't I walk on the floor?

Walking on the floor is not safe for many reasons, someone could accidentally skate over your feet or skate into you causing serious injury.

When can I arrive for my booked party?

You may arrive 15 minutes before your party. If you need more time to decorate, you may purchase it. (If available)

Can we bring alcohol to our party?

Sorry. That’s not us. Alcohol is not allowed on our property.

Can I vape inside?

No. Vape somewhere else, please.

Can I wear headphones when I skate?

Yes, although you will not hear anything else going on inside the building… you may be escorted off the floor when we play games etc…. Because you cannot hear what is going on.
